基于LVDT和SGS的微定位嵌入式控制系统

摘    要:针对纳米定位控制系统信号的微弱性、多样性特点以及实现纳米级检测需求,文中设计了基于LVDT(Linear Variable Differential Transformer)和SGS( Strain Gauge Sensor)传感器微定位嵌入式控制系统.该系统通过LVDT和SGS两种传感器来检测微小位移并转化成模拟电压输出,采用16位AD对输出电压进行采集,并利用ARM7对采集的数据进行处理,然后通过LCD显示位移,以及通过16位DA输出与位移成正比的电压.实验表明:该系统具有较高的采样率和采样精度,使用方便灵活,具有广阔的应用前景.
