丝束卷曲特性与滤棒物理特性的关系

摘    要:为寻找丝束卷曲特性对滤棒物理特性的影响,选用规格为7.3 dtex/5.1 ktex的聚丙烯丝束,分析了开松前、开松后、滤棒内部丝束的卷曲特性(卷曲度、卷曲弹性回复率)的变化,以及滤棒内丝束的卷曲特性对滤棒重量、吸阻和硬度的影响关系,结果表明:①棒内丝束的卷曲度直接影响滤棒的重量、吸阻和硬度;丝束在成型过程中卷曲度有所损失,而且棒内丝束卷曲度的损失量大于开松后丝束卷曲度的损失量.②在单丝线密度一定时,丝束卷曲度越高,所需的开松比越大;在滤棒重量一定时,卷曲度越高,滤棒硬度和吸阻值越高;在滤棒硬度能够满足卷烟生产要求时,卷曲度值越高滤棒重量越低.③卷曲弹性回复率与滤棒物理特性无直接影响关系.

Abstract:In order to investigate the influence of tow crimp on the physical characteristics of filter rods,the change of tow's crimp and its resilience rate in filter rod were analyzed,and their relationships to the weight,draw resistance and hardness of filter rod were studied by taking polypropylene tow of 7.3dtex/5.1ktex as a sample.The results showed that: 1) the crimp of tow in filter rods affected the weight,draw resistance and hardness of filter rod directly.Crimp reduced to some extent in the process of rod ...
