Abstract:Configurations of products formed in SiO 2 CaO H 2O hydrothermal reaction system is studied by XRD, SEM, TEM, etc. The results were as follows: the needle crystal of xonotlite was controlled by reaction temperature, pressure and time.The formation of hollow secondary particles of xonotlite was controlled by kinetics. The dissolution speed of quartz is important in forming hollow secondary particles of xonotlite.
