跨学科培养工程硕士生的意义、问题与对策

摘    要:跨学科培养工程硕士是工程硕士教育中普遍存在的现象。本文通过设计调查问卷,针对培养单位工程领域负责人与在读工程硕士研究生进行问卷调查,发现跨学科培养工程硕士生适应了现代科学技术综合化发展的趋势,回应了经济社会对复合型人才的需要。跨学科培养工程硕士也存在着课程学习阶段和论文阶段工作困难的问题。提高生源质量、完善课程体系、加强校内外导师指导力度,与构建多学科学术交流平台是提高跨学科培养工程硕士研究生质量的关键。

Abstract:Cross-disciplinary cultivating pattern is the general phenomena in Master of Engineering educa- tion. By designing questionaire and banding out among people and companies who are responsible for training and among the graduate students, we have discovered that cross-disciplinary education is a trend in training masters of Engineering and it also can meet the needs of the society for integrated talents. Somehow, there are defects for us to overcome in the future education. The key elements are that we should enroll more high quality students and perfect our course system, strengthen the tutor system and establish communication platform for multi-science interchange.
