摘    要:通过模拟电厂石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫系统,以浆液池水位变化衡量系统耗水量大小,系统研究了入口烟气温度、烟气水蒸汽浓度及液气比对湿法脱硫系统耗水量的影响及其规律。结果表明:入口烟气温度90℃此入口烟气温度120℃~140℃时节水30%~40%;原煤全水分越高,烟气水蒸汽浓度越大,FGD耗水量越少,当烟气中水蒸汽浓度大于16%时,可能出现系统不需要补水反而要排水的情况。

Abstract:the influence of inlet flue gas temperature, inlet vapor concentration, and liquid-gas ratio on water use in Wet FGD was studied by simulating the practical Wet FGD system in power plant and is evaluated by water level change of water box. Results show that water consumption is 30%-40% less at inlet flue gas temperature 90℃ than that at inlet flue gas temperature 120℃~ 140℃.The more total moisture in coal, The higher inlet vapor concentration of flue gas and less water consumption. Moreover, when inlet vapor concentration of flue gas is high than 16%,The FGD may not need to add water but to drain.
