| 摘 要： | 集群企业在进行技术创新战略选择时会同时受到集群生命周期与企业生命周期的影响,将两者的生命周期集成起来考虑,构建集群企业技术创新战略选择指标体系,运用AHP与TOPSIS相结合构建了集群企业技术创新战略选择模型,最后通过算例,比较分析了处在成熟期阶段的集群内的成熟期企业的自主创新、模仿创新和合作创新3种技术创新战略,得到此时企业应该选择自主创新战略的结论.

| Abstract: | When the enterprise of industrial cluster chooses the technology innovation strategy,it will be influenced by the lifecycle of enterprise and industrial cluster.This paper integrates both of the lifecycle of enterprise and industrial cluster to construct the technology innovations strategy selection index system of the enterprise of industrial cluster,by using AHP and TOPSIS to construct the technology innovations strategy selection model for the enterprise of industrial cluster,finally to set an example to compar independenct innovation,imitating innovation and cooperating innovation of the mature enterprise which belongs to the mature industrial cluster,arrive at the conclusion that the enterprise should choose independent innovation strategy at this time. |
