Rational and Scientific Evaluation, to Improve the Relevance and Forward-looking of the Regulatory Planning

Starting from the analysis on the importance about the research and assessment of the regulatory planning, the article analyzes the innovation and exploration in regulatory planning research and evaluation outcomes standard formulation work. On this basis, the article interprets the contents of early research on Shanghai regulatory planning and evaluation outcomes standard. With the idea of classification control, we hope to establish a set of standard to suit Shanghai for application of the regulatory planning research / assessment, strengthen early work of planning compilation, improve the quality of the regulatory planning compilation.
