双孔指力传感器的设计与有限元分析

摘    要:提出了一种简单而实用的新型指力传感器,它可应用于机器人手指,检测到3个方向的荷载作用信息,并且输出相应的信号给机器人的控制系统,以控制或调节指力的大小,实现对物体的抓放等一系列行为.从传感器材料的选取,结构模型的设计,到测量电桥的设计,有限元模拟计算,最后得到测点应力的空间分布规律。结果说明双孔指力传感器在复杂受力情况下,也可准确测量各方向的荷载.

Abstract:This paper proposed a new type fingertip force sensor which can be applied in Robot finger. The sensor can detect loading information in three directions and export corresponding signal for control system of robot,in order to control or adjust the force of fingertip and implement a series of behaviors, for example,picking and putting objects.The sensor materials were selected.Structural models and measuring bridge were designed.Finite element method was applied in numerical simulation.The spatial distribution of stress at measured points was obtained.The computational results show that double-hole fingertip force sensor can measure load in three directions accurately in the case of complex stress.
