| 摘 要： | 广义高斯分布是一类以高斯分布为特例的对称分布,在科学和工程上都有广泛的应用.利用广义高斯分布对Gabor相位进行建模,所得参数通过PCA降维到2维或3维空间,数据集的信息结构得到直观的展示,实现了数据的可视化.在COIL—100中目标可视化的实验进一步证实了广义高斯分布这一概率模型对没有直接欧几里德表示的数据集建模的可行性.

| Abstract: | The generalized Gaussian distribution is a class of symmetrical distribution with the Gaussian distribution as a special case,and is widely used in science and engineering.In this paper,the Gabor phase distribution is modeled by using the generalized Gaussian density.The dimensionality of estimated model parameters is reduced to 2 or 3 by PCA.The graphical representation of information structure of data set realizes the data visualization.Experiments are performed on COIL-100 databases to validate the feasibility of the proposed method,in which the data set without Euclidean representation is modeled by the generalized Gaussian density. |
