| 摘 要： | 综合性实验和设计性实验的是高校深化实验教学改革,提高实验教学质量,改革实验教学模式,适应人才培养需要的重要措施。其目的是培养学生的综合设计能力,提高学生的学习主动性和创造性,激发学生的认知能力、组织能力和开拓创新的意识。本文根据辽宁石油化工大学生物化学课程组在生物化学实验教学中综合性、设计性实验的具体开展,总结了在生物化学实验教学中综合性、设计性实验的实施方法和实际效果。

| Abstract: | Comprehensive design experiment is an important measure which can continue experiment edu cation reform, improve experiment education quality, reform model of experiment education and fit for personnel training. The aims of comprehensive design experiment are to cultivate the integrated design capacity, arouse students＇ initiative in study and their creativity, to improve cognitive and organizing a- bility and to exploit innovation. The paper has summed up the implementation method and displayed ac- tual effect of comprehensive design experiment in biochemistry experiment education according to the per- formance and effect of biochemistry synthetic design experiment by biochemistry course group of Liaoning Shihua University. |
