影响铁路电力迁改总承包工程因素的模糊综合评价研究

摘    要:结合铁路电力线路迁改总承包工程的实际情况,从主管与客观两方面分析总结了影响电力线路迁改项目采用总承包模式的相关因素,并建立评价指标体系。介绍了模糊评价的基本原理,对影响迁改项目的影响因素进行定性与定量的描述,根据各因素对迁改总包项目的影响程度来确定其隶属度,并在咨询专家的基础上将德尔菲法和层次分析法相结合确定其权重,建立了电力迁改总承包工程影响因素的模糊综合评判模型。工程实际验证了该评价模型的合理性与可行性,对以后类似项目的可行性研究与项目管理提供参考。

Abstract:Unions the actual situations of railroad electric power transformation primary contractor,analysis the correlative factors of influence in electric power transformation primary contractor from the two aspects of manager and objective,and establishes the evaluating indicator system.Introduces the basic principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,describes the influencing factors of transformation project in qualitative and quota,determines its degree of membership by the Influence of factor to transformation primary contractor,and determines its weight by unioning the deerfei and analytic hierarchy process form consultating experts,finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is set up preliminarily,which determines the influences in electric power transformation primary contractor.This model is reasonable and feasible by contrasting the actual project,which will provide the reference for feasibility study and project management of similar project.
