某AP1000核电厂循环水泵房方案结构方案研究

摘    要:由于核电的循环水量较火电大,泵房的体积也更大,尤其是AP1000堆型中的循环水泵房尚无运行经验,而泵房结构的不规则、大体积等给设计带来许多新问题。某AP1000核电机组的循环水泵房,参照国内外百万兆瓦机组循环水泵房的结构布置及相关规范要求,对不同工况组合进行整体数值分析,提出了循环水泵房的分缝方案及温度控制措施,同时提取了泵房结构内力。

Abstract:Circulating water flow of nuclear power plant is larger than that of thermal power plant,so is the volume of pump house.Especially,there is no experience on running of circulating water pump house of AP1000 nuclear power plant and there are many new problems of the design due to the irregularity and large volume of the pump house structure.A comprehensive numerical analysis was performed for different combinations of working conditions of the circulating water pump house of an AP1000 nuclear power unit with reference to structural schemes of circulating water pump houses of 1000Mwe nuclear power units and relevant specification requirements both in China and foreign countries.Schemes of division of expansion joints and measures for temperature control were proposed and internal forces of pump house structure were extracted,which provides a reference for structural design of circulating water pump houses of other AP1000 nuclear power plants.
