糯扎渡送出工程设计风速取值分析

摘    要:风荷载是送电线路的两大基本自然荷载之一。本文总结了多年从事送电线路工程勘测设计之大风灾害评价和防治的经验。即定量确定设计风速的基础是依据气象站实测长序列资料计算的和据地区基本风压反推的设计风速,结合国家规程规范予以定之;典型大风灾害事件与已建线路的设计和运行情况是定量确定设计风速的补充和定性判定风力等级的重要依据;当地大风成因分类、大风灾害区域分布和地形地貌特征是认识大风灾害时空分布规律与较科学地划分冰区的重要补充。提出了2008年冰灾之后的新规定风荷载等级实际上是比之前降低了;提出了一些值得进一步研究的问题和建议。

Abstract:The wind load is a transmission line one of the two basic natural load.This paper summarizes the years in the transmission line project survey and design of the wind hazard assessment and control experience.That is the basis for quantitative determination of design wind speed is based on actual weather and the long sequence of data calculated according to regional basic wind pressure to push the design of anti-wind speed,with the state standards and regulations to be determined;typical wind disasters line with the established design and operation is determining the design wind speed of quantitative and qualitative complement an important basis for determining wind scale;local causes,wind,strong wind disasters and landscape features of regional distribution is to recognize temporal and spatial distribution of wind hazards and more scientifically important supplement by ice.Ice storm in 2008 made new provisions after the wind load rating is actually lower than before;raised some issues worthy of further study and recommendations.and the normal height linely in long region.
