南水北调西线一期工程甘肃省受水区初步规划

南水北调西线工程调水方案基本确定,一期工程调水40亿m3,受水区为青海、甘肃等6省(区)。主要介绍了甘肃省受水区规划的思路与方法,受水区的选定原则,初步规划的成果以及调水水资源配置所需的配套工程情况,分析了南水北调工程在甘肃省经济社会发展及生态建设中的地位和作用。

Preparatory programming of water-receiving area in Gansu Province during the first stage of western route project of South-to-North Water Transfer

Water transfer schemes of the western route project of South-to-North Water Transfer have been decided ultimately.Water quantity transferred in the first stage of the project is planned to be 4.0×10~9m~3,and there are six receiving areas,including Qinghai,Gansu,and so on.Taking Gansu water-receiving area as a case,the idea and method of programming,the principle of choosing receiving areas,the results in preparatory programming,and the auxiliary projects needed for water resources demonstrations were presented.The importance and contribution of South-to-North Water Transfer Project in social and economic development and ecology construction in Gansu Province were analyzed.
