摘    要:该文通过对与喷嘴和挡板间隙值有关参数的推导,揭示了间隙值对双喷挡流量伺服阀动静态性能的影响:包括对静耗流量、分辨率、滞环以及动态特性的影响。最后用实验进行了验证,为设计和维修该类型伺服阀提供了理论指导。

Abstract:Based on the derivation of the parameters related to the gap between the nozzle and the flapper,this paper reveals the influence of the gap on the dynamic and static performance of the flapper servo valve,including the influence on the static loss flow,threshold,hysteresis and dynamic characteristics.Finally,it is verified by experiments,which provides theoretical guidance for the design and maintenance of this type valve.
