液压系统冲击振动信号采集与分析方法研究

摘    要:针对液压系统冲击故障发生时,振动信号会出现相应的时频特性的变化这一特点,该文利用锤击响应实验,采集了几种典型情况下液压系统冲击信号,并对液压冲击信号进行频谱分析,结果显示不同工况条件下液压冲击振动信号具有不同的频率特征。不同采集位置对液压冲击的具有不同的响应幅度。

Abstract:Impact on hydraulic system fault occurs,the time-frequency characteristics of vibration signal can appear the corresponding changes in the characteristics,this paper use hammer response experiments,several typical cases collected hydraulic system impact signal,and the hydraulic impact signal spectrum analysis,the results show that under different working conditions of hydraulic impact vibration signal with different frequency characteristics.Different acquisition locations have different response ranges to hydraulic impact.
