工作压力和吸油压力对齿轮泵极限转速的影响

摘    要:为研究工作压力和吸油压力对齿轮泵极限转速的影响,该文应用Pumplinx软件建立了齿轮泵仿真模型,分别数值模拟分析了不同工作压力和不同吸油压力对齿轮泵极限转速的影响。通过分析得知:工作压力对泵极限转速的影响不大,吸油压力对泵极限转速有较大影响。

Abstract:In order to study the influence of working pressure and suction pressure on the limit speed of gear pump,this paper uses Pumplinx software to establish the gear pump simulation model,and numerically simulates the influence of different working pressure and different suction pressure on the limit speed of gear pump.According to the analysis,the working pressure has little effect on the limit speed of the pump,and the suction pressure has a great influence on the limit speed of the pump.
