摘    要:该文针对航天用液压伺服系统,批生产中动压反馈式伺服阀零件种类多,调试难度增大。生产周期长,调试合格率低等突出问题进行分析。开展控制回路优化设计,增加电子校正环节,建立数学模型进行仿真计算和实物验证试验,可在保证系统动态特性前提下,避免了动压反馈式伺服阀生产难度过大问题。

Abstract:In this paper,hydraulic servo system for aerospace,batch production of dynamic pressure feedback servo valve parts more variety,commissioning is difficult,the production cycle is long,the commissioning pass rate is low and other outstanding problems are analyzed.To carry out the optimization design of the control loop,increase the electronic correction link,establish mathematical model for simulation calculation and physical verification test,can be guaranteed the dynamic characteristics of the system under the premise,to avoid the dynamic pressure feedback servo valve production is too difficult.
