| 摘 要： | 挖掘机液压缸是挖掘机的执行元件,其轻微故障可能无法引起重视,严重的将导致影响工作效率甚至导致整机无法正常工作,影响整机寿命。该文对挖掘机液压缸常见的六大类故障进行分析,并从多个角度分析故障产生的故障模式及故障的解决方法,对快速排除挖掘机液压缸故障和提高液压缸使用寿命具有一定的指导作用。

| Abstract: | Excavator hydraulic cylinder is the executive component of the excavator,its slight breakdown may not be able to arouse the attention,the serious will lead to affect the work efficiency even causes the entire machine to be unable to work normally,affects the entire machine life.In this paper,six kinds of common faults of hydraulic cylinder of excavator are analyzed,and the failure modes and solutions of the faults are analyzed from various angles,it has certain guiding function for quickly removing the fault of hydraulic cylinder of excavator and improving the service life of hydraulic cylinder. |
