摘    要:针对提升机天轮故障诊断问题,设计了一种基于LabVIEW的远程状态监测与故障诊断系统。该系统主要有数据采集、无线传输、实时监测与诊断、离线分析等功能,通过对天轮测点的振动、偏摆、温度状态的实时监测,诊断出天轮的故障,为天轮的检修与维护提供了依据。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of hoist head sheave fault diagnosis,designed a remote condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system based on LabVIEW. The main functions of the system are data acquisition, wireless transmission,real-time monitoring and diagnosis,off-line analysis and so on. Through the real-time monitoring of the vibration, yaw and temperature state of the measuring points of the head sheave,the fault of the head sheave can be diagnosed,which provides a basis for the maintenance of the head sheave.
