负流量阀、变功率阀集成设计与应用

摘    要:针对负流量控制轴向柱塞泵,介绍一种负流量阀与变功率阀的集成设计,能有效提高液压泵的功率重量比、降低制造成本、提高响应时间、增强产品可靠性。文中详细介绍了液压泵的工作原理、集成设计方案、建立数学模型计算和AMESim仿真,并通过样机试验验证其设计的可行性。

Abstract:For negative flow control axial piston pump,an integrated design of negative flow valve and variable power valve,it can effectively improve the power-weight ratio,reduce manufacturing cost,improve response time and enhance product reliability.The hydraulic pump working principle,integrated design scheme,mathematical model calculation and AMESim simulation is introduced in this article,and according to the prototype test and verify the feasibility of the design scheme.
