基于EDEM的螺旋筛分机筛分效率仿真分析

摘    要:为了研究螺旋筛分机在不同实验条件下的筛分效率,使用SolidWorks建立几何模型,在离散元软件EDEM中进行仿真计算。采用Hertz-Mindlin with JKR模型,进行了螺旋筛分机在螺旋杆以不同转速、原煤颗粒在不同含水率时筛分效率的仿真模拟。仿真结果表明:原煤颗粒的含水率越高,则螺旋筛分机的筛分效率越低;螺旋杆的转速越高,则螺旋筛分机的筛分效率越高。

Abstract:In order to research the screening efficiency of spiral screening machine under different experimental conditions,the geometrical model was established by SolidWorks software and the simulation calculation was conducted by EDEM software. Hertz-Mindlin with JKR model was adopted. The simulation of screening efficiency of spiral screening machine with different rotating speed of spiral rod and with different moisture content of raw coal particles was carried out. Simulation results show that the higher the moisture content of raw coal particles,the lower the screening efficiency of spiral screening machine;the higher the rotation speed of the spiral rod,the higher the screening efficiency of the spiral screening machine.
