摘    要:以铸造流道均匀壁厚设计的方法,对多路阀阀体结构进行优化设计,使得多路阀阀体质量减轻20%,结构上也更有利于铸造和加工工艺性。通过对阀体受力进行有限元分析,保证了多路阀结构优化后的可靠性,通过铸造模拟分析,保证了结构优化后的阀体无铸造缺陷产生。

Abstract:The structure of multi way valve body is optimized by the method of uniform wall thickness design of casting flow passage,which can reduce the weight of multi way valve body by 20%,and the structure will be more conducive to casting and machining.Through the finite element analysis of valve body stress,the reliability of multi way valve structure after optimization is guaranteed,and through the casting simulation analysis,the valve body after structure optimization is guaranteed to have no casting defects.
