基于FluidSIM-H节流调速特性仿真实验设计与实现

摘    要:采用FluidSIM仿真软件建立液压回路,对手动三位四通O形换向阀的节流调速特性进行仿真实验。通过对节流元件开口度、先导式溢流阀加载虚拟设置,实现了进油节流调速空载与负载速度特性仿真实验,列出了实验数据,绘制了速度负载特性曲线,分析了液压缸空载与负载时,不同的节流元件与不同开口度对液压缸运行速度的影响,总结了节流阀和调速阀调速的优缺点。

Abstract:The hydraulic circuit is established by fluidsim-h simulation software,and the throttling and speed regulating characteristics of the manual three position four-way o-directional valve are simulated.Through the virtual setting of throttle element opening and pilot relief valve loading,the simulation experiment of no-load and load speed characteristics of oil inlet throttle speed regulation is realized,the experimental data is listed,the speed load characteristic curve is drawn,the influence of different throttle element and opening on the operation speed of hydraulic cylinder is analyzed when the hydraulic cylinder is no-load and load,and the adjustment of throttle valve and speed control valve is summarized Advantages and disadvantages of speed.
