摘    要:液压系统因其独特的优势,广泛应用在各个工业领域。液压源是液压系统中的重要组成部分之一,其油液温度的控制对系统产生至关重要的影响,该文针对超低温条件下某军工车辆液压缸运动速度过慢,不能满足实际使用要求的状况,设计了一套低温试验系统和加热保温装置,验证液压缸速度过慢的原因,并保证了液压系统的温度控制且通过了试验验证。

Abstract:Because of its unique advantages,hydraulic system is widely used in various industrial fields.The hydraulic source is one of the important parts of the hydraulic system,and the control of its oil temperature has a crucial impact on the system.In view of the fact that the hydraulic cylinder of a military vehicle moves too slowly under the ultra-low temperature condition,which can’t meet the actual use requirements,this paper designs a set of low temperature test system and heating and heat preservation device to verify the cause of the slow speed of the hydraulic cylinder,and to ensure the temperature control of the hydraulic system,which has passed the test verification.
