摘    要:该文针对液压伺服系统批生产中,活塞杆在行进中出现抖动,经分析是合成膜电位计工作中产生扰动电压,系统响应了扰动电压。为此分析了扰动电压产生机理,并在此基础上研制了低比重硅微粉合成膜电位计,有效解决了作动器活塞杆行进中抖动问题。

Abstract:In this paper,in the batch production of a hydraulic servo actuator for aerospace,the piston rod shakes during the march.The analysis that the perturbation voltage is generated in the work of the synthetic membrane photometer,and the system responds to the perturbation voltage.To this end,the perturbation voltage generation mechanism is analyzed,and on this basis,a low-gravity silicon power synthetic membrane photometer is developed,which effectively solves the problem of jitter in the movement of the actuator piston rod.
