摘    要:阀盘是钻井泵液力端的重要组成部件,了解到阀盘在钻井泵的正常工作时经常产生疲劳,造成失效。用三维建模软件Solidworks建立钻井泵泵阀阀盘的三维实体模型。利用ANSYS Workbench软件对阀盘模型实际工作中的受力情况进行了有限元分析求解,得到阀盘在40 MPa高压力下的应力云图和变形云图。与阀盘材料作比较,校核表明,阀盘的强度和刚度满足要求。

Abstract:The importance of valve disc to the hydraulic end of drilling pump is introduced,and the fatigue and failure of valve disc during the normal operation of drilling pump are understood.The three-dimensional solid model of the valve disc of drilling pump is established by using the 3D modeling software Solidworks.According to the force condition of the pump valve in the actual working condition of the drilling pump,the corresponding constraints and loads are applied to the valve disc model,and the valve disc model is analyzed and solved by finite element method(FEM)with the help of ANSYS Workbench software.The stress and deformation images of valve disc under high pressure of 40MPa are obtained.Compared with the disc material,the check shows that the strength and stiffness of the disc meet the requirements.
