电液伺服阀自动化配研磨技术研究

摘    要:该文主要针对伺服阀装配过程中,阀芯阀套依赖于工人技术和手感,无量化考核标准、一致性差的问题开展研究,针对现有的工艺方法,优化工艺流程,开发自动化设备,并对自动化选配后的零件尺寸、伺服阀性能进行探索,证明自动化技术应用于伺服阀阀芯阀套选配方案可行。

Abstract:The paper is mainly aimed at solve the problems of eletro-hydraaulic servo valve assembly process:the mateching of the valve core and the valve sleeve is dependent on the workers’technology and feel,unable to formulate quantitative assessment standards and poor consistency.Based on the methods of existing workmanship process,researchers optimize the process flow,develop the automation equipment,explore the dimensions of the valve core and the valve sleeve,test the performance of eletro-hydraaulic servo valve,prove the possibility of the automatic method which is applied on the matching scheme of the valve core and the valve sleeve.
