| Abstract: | For painting lacque on the normal temparature "Four to One" steel and iron surface, a new type of pre-treatment agent has been developed. This paper presents its formulation and blend technique. Its specifications, application and reaction mechanism are introduced, too. This paper also discusses the main originalities and possible economic benefits of the new type of pre-treatment agent. |
