炭黑填充聚乙烯导电复合材料的性能研究

摘    要:研究了炭黑填充聚乙烯导电复合材料的性能及增容剂对其性能的影响。结果表明,炭黑填充聚乙烯导电复合材料具有明显的渗滤效应,当炭黑含量为12%时,复合材料具有较好的导电性能;增容剂(乙烯/辛烯)共聚物(POE)和马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯(PE-g-MAH)的加入对复合材料的导电性能没有造成太大的影响,却较好地改善了其冲击强度,加入POE还能有效地改善复合材料的加工性能,并在一定用量范围内提高其热变形温度。

Abstract:The properties of high density polyethylene(HDPE)/carbon black conductive composites and the effects of POE and PE-g-MAH on the properties of the composites were studied.The results showed that the composites exhibited percolation threshold effect obviously and the composites had preferable conductive property when carbon black content was 12%.The addition of POE and PE-g-MAH compatilizers made the toughness of conductive composites improved obviously and the electrical conductivity changed slightly.The processability of the conductive composites was improved by adding POE and the heat distortion temperature was increased when POE content was in a certain range.
