| 摘 要： | 采用红外我谱法，对柞蚕的卵，蛹，蛾做了详细的研究。柞蚕在这三个生长阶段中均没有９６０ｃｍ＾－１的（－Ａｌａ－）ｎ特征吸收峰，即在这三个生长阶段中没有形成（－Ａｌａ－）ｎ的结构，进而推测可能在蚕体上的某个部位形成（－Ａｌａ－）ｎ结构。

| Abstract: | The IR Spectra analysis for the ovum,pupa and the moth of tussah is reported in this paper.It shows that the structure of( AIa ),(i.e,absorption spectrum at 960cm (-1))does not appear in the three growth stages of the ovum.pupa and the moth of tussah.This implied( AIa ).that the structure may be formed in certain part of the tussah body. |
