| 摘 要： | 文中首先建立了工资的指数增长模型,预测了山东省2011-2035年的年平均工资,并在此基础上建立了养老金替代率模型,最后给出了一些如何提高替代率的建议。

| Abstract: | In this paper, first, we established the exponent model of the salary , and calculated the average salary of shan dong province from 2011 to 2035. secend, on this basis , we established the model＇of the replacement rate of pension, at last, we gived some suggestions of how to increase the replacement rate. |
