| 摘 要： | 社区卫生服务是城市医疗卫生事业的核心组成部分,是实现世界卫生组织(WHO)提出的"人人享有卫生保健"这一目标的载体,然而却普遍存在服务能力不强、信息系统不完善等问题,迫切需要建立一个完善的社区卫生服务信息系统。社区卫生服务信息系统应包括运行层、控制层和反馈层等功能模块,严格遵循系统规划、需求分析等步骤进行构建,并从组织、技术、人才和设备等四个方面加强管理。

| Abstract: | The community health service is the core of city medical and health services and also the carrier to realize the ＂Health for all＂ of WTO. But now there are some problems, such as low service ability or incomplete information system, so it is really needed to develop a thorough community health service information system. This system should include operation layer, controlling layer, feedback layer and other functional modules. And the system should be constructed according to its plan and demand analysis and managed in organization, technology, talents, equivment and so on. |
