摘    要:分析株洲铜清地区输电铁塔的腐蚀特征,指出SO2酸性气体是造成腐蚀的主要因素,腐蚀的起源点为镀锌层损坏处和塔材边角部位,而防腐涂料选用不当、涂刷工艺不良加速腐蚀。提出输电铁塔腐蚀防护的通用要求、腐蚀评判准则、改造技术要求和涂料选择要求,规范腐蚀防护工作。

Abstract:The corrosion characteristics of transmission iron tower in Tongqing area of Zhuzhou city are analyzed. SO2 acidic gases are a key factor for transmission iron tower corrosion. The corrosion points originate in zinc coating defects and corner site of tower material, and the improper selection of anti-corrosion painting and inappropriate brushing teehnique will accelerate corrosion. In order to standardize the work of the corrosion protection, the tower general requirements of corrosion protection, corrosion evaluation criteria, technical requirements of tower transformation and painting selection standard are proposed in the article.
