| 摘 要： | GB/T 3811—2008《起重机设计规范》和GB/T 14405—2011《通用桥式起重机》等新标准,对起重机上拱度的要求变化较大。为适应新标准的要求,文章分析了如何加强对主梁上拱度的工艺控制。在起重机生产制造过程中,对于不同工序跨中上拱度的名称、符号及图形进行规范,以利于在起重机制造和检验过程中统一认识,清除误解,提高产品的质量和效率。

| Abstract: | There is a great difference on the requirement of crane camber along with the application of new standard of GB/T 3811—2008 Crane Design Specification and GB/T 14405—2011 General Overhead Crane.That the standardization on name,symbol and graph of crane camber on the middle span from different manufacture process was needed to meet requirements of new standard and to control the crane camber from different process with the aim to unify marking and clear expression. |
