摘    要:介绍用手工氩弧焊。在铬、镍基材铸材上,快速叠加焊接成有很高硬度的大型冲切模切刃刀口的方法。此项发明技术的推广。将对国内模具制造技术。焊接技术带来一个质的飞跃。同时。将大大地缩短冲模的制造周期。为制造厂家和模具修理厂家降低很大的制造成本。

Abstract:This article is about the technology of speedily superimposed-welding large-scale hard cutting edges on chronfium nickel based mold by manual argon arc welding. The promoting of this technology may bring the domestic mold production technology and welding technology a archery target leaps. And, this may greatly shorten the production period of punch mold, greatly reduce the production cost of both manufacturer and mold repairing company.
