摘    要:介绍了立铣刀切削力的计算方法,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对干式切削立铣刀切削时的受力、变形情况进行了模拟,并分析了改变立铣刀法前角对立铣刀强度和变形的影响。研究结果为立铣刀的优化设计提供了参考依据。

Abstract:The calculating method for cutting forces of end mill was introduced.The simulations of stress and deformation of end mill for dry cutting were carried out by using ANSYS,a finite element analyzing software,and the effects of varying normal rake of end mill on its strength and deformation were analyzed.The study result offers a reference basis to the optimum design of end mills.
