碳纤维增强橡胶复合材料的耐腐蚀性研究

摘    要:研究了碳纤维增强的氯丁和丁腈混合橡胶在不同的介质:甲苯、汽油、机油、水中的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,加入碳纤维的橡胶的耐腐蚀性能优良,并且橡胶的耐腐蚀性能随着碳纤维含量的增加而增加。在室温下,碳纤维含量为20%(体积分数)Cf的橡胶耐腐蚀性能最好。在不同溶剂中,按甲苯、汽油、水、机油的顺序腐蚀程度降低。

Abstract:The anti-corrosion property of the mixed rubber with CR and NBR and the composite with different contents of carbon fiber and rubber, were studied in different liquids, such as water, engine oil, petrol, and toluene at room temperature. The results indicate that the anti-corrosion property of the mixed rubber with carbon fiber is better than the rubber without carbon fiber. And the anti-corrosion property becomes better with the increase of carbon fiber. The anti-corrosion property is best when the quantity of carbon fiber is 20%. In different solvents, the corrosion degree decreases by the order of toluence, petrol, water and engine oil.
