| 摘 要： | 本文在分析了未来３０年中华中地区内外能源资源，煤炭生产及其消费结构，传统铁路运能，电煤需求与从应形势后，提出对２０００年后新型电煤运输方式和发电能源结构调整，必须及早作出决策，才能保证华中经济长期，持续和稳定的发展。

| Abstract: | The paper has analysed the Energy Resource, Coal production and its Consume Configuration, Capability of railway transportation, Generating Coal Reqirement and its supply,and then gives a suggestion about a new generating coal transportation ways and costitute modulation on generating energy resources. The author considers that the early decision of above item is only way to guarantee long term continuous and steady development of Central China Economy. |
