摘    要:阐述了LCD显示器工作的基本原理,对LCD低温工作的缺陷进行了分析,介绍了一种对LCD显示器进行低温加固的设计方案,在显示器模块中设计了一套加热装置,该装置同时能满足抗眩光及电磁兼容(EMC)特性的要求。该方案具有加热功耗低,可靠性好、抗眩光、EMC性能好及结构便于组装等优点,可适用于机载、车载等LCD显示器的低温加固中。

Abstract:The operating principle of LCD is described in this paper.Based on the analysis of the shortcomings of LCD operated under lower temperature,a kind of design scheme for rugged LCD is introduced here. A set of heating system is designed in the LCD module,which can meet the requirements of anti-glare and EMC.The new rugged device possesses the following advantages: low power consumption,good reliability,anti-glare,excellent performance of EMC,and easy assembly for mass production,and it is suitable for the wide application in the aircraft and car carried LCDs.
