| 摘 要： | 针对梯级水电站间水库调节效益补偿的原则、补偿时段、补偿的各类计算方法和公式进行研究。编制了一套直观、简洁、符合实际、易于操作而又使施受益电站都能接受的调节效益计算公式。同时，根据目前四川电力市场电力供求矛盾，提出了现阶段流域调节效益补偿的具体方案，并成功地应用于嘉陵江支、干流的宝珠寺水电站与东西关水电站的调节效益补偿。

| Abstract: | Principles , compensation period , a variety of compensation computation methods and formulas for reservoir regulation benefits and compensations among cascade hydropower stations are studied here . A set of visual , simple , practical and easy computation formulas for regulation benefits ,which are accepted by all stations ,are prepared . According to actual power supply and demand in Sichuan power market , specified methods are provided for present basin regulation benefits and compensations , which are successfully applied in Baozhusi hydropower station and Dongxiguan hydropower station . |
