| Abstract: | A new concept for design of the die for forming the heat-emission parts in the flat pipes of the diesel engine heat exchangers is introduced.The usual up-down stamping has been changed to rolling method which has not only simplified the die structure,but also increased the production rate.The process for manufacturing the key part of the die,rolling blade,is introduced briefly. |
