不同方法提取大豆多糖的工艺优化研究

摘    要:以挤压豆渣为原料,采用热水浸提、超声波和微波辅助提取豆渣中水溶性大豆多糖。结果表明:热水浸提、超声波和微波辅助提取大豆多糖得率分别为3.45%、8.67%、11.60%。与传统热水浸提法相比较,采用超声波和微波辅助提取大豆多糖具有安全、节能、快速、得率高等优点。

Abstract:Extruded soybean dregs were used as the raw material for extracting polysaccharide by hot water extraction,ultrasonicassisted extraction or microwave-assisted extraction.Optimal hot water extraction technology was investigated using single factor method,and optimal ultrasonic-assisted extraction and microwave-assisted extraction technologies using single factor method coupled to orthogonal array design for maximizing polysaccharide yield.Results showed that optimized hot water extraction,ultrasonic-assisted...
