粘胶喷气涡流纱与环锭纱的性能对比分析

摘    要:用细度1.67 tex长度分别为32、34、36、38、40 mm的粘胶纤维纺制了MVS纱和环锭纱,测试对比所纺纱线的拉伸性能、毛羽和成纱质量,结果表明MVS纱的断裂强度略低于环锭纱,成纱质量较环锭纱差,粗细节和棉结多,毛羽少。

Abstract:Five kinds of MVS yarns and five kinds of ring yarns were made with 16.7 tex viscose fibre of different fibre length,that is,32,34,36,38,40mm.The mechanics quality,together with hairness and yarn quality were tested.The results show that the tensile properties of MVS yarn is a little lower than that of ring yarns.The yarns quality of MVS yarns were worse in the case of more thickness,thinness and neps.
