摘    要:在微波辅助下,以泥炭为研究对象,水为抽提溶剂,采用正交试验考察了抽提温度、时间、固液比及压力对黄腐酸类物质(泥炭水溶酸性抽提物)提取率的影响。结果显示,影响抽提率最主要的因素是压力。较佳的抽提条件为压力0.6MPa、抽提温度150℃、固液比1:10g/ml)、抽提时间20min,并采用红外光谱、元素分析及官能团测定的方法分析了抽提物的组成。采用微波辅助法从泥炭中提取医用黄腐酸可能为一种有效的环境友好的方法。

Abstract:With an orthogonal test, this paper discussed the extracting temperature, irradiation time, solid-to-solvent ratio, and pressure for microwave-assisted extraction(MAE) of fulvic substances(FS) using water as solvent. The results indicated that the pressure was the most important factor which affected extracting yield. The optimum pressure, temperature, solid-to-solvent ratio and irradiation time was 0.6MPa, 150 ℃, 1 : 10(g/ml) and 20min, respectively. The composition of extracted FS was also studied by the methods of infrared spectroscopy, elements analysis and functional groups determination, which showed that the obtained product accorded with medicine standard. Microwave-assisted extraction of pharmaceutical fulvic acids from peat would be an environmental-friendly method.
