| Abstract: | This paper discusses the unforeseeability and foreseeability of innovation, and on this basis,classifies innovations into three types: foreseeable, unforeseeable and that situated between above two. The paper analyses some problems and phenomena relative to innovation in China and presents views and suggestions for promotion of innovation. |
