喷射成形ZA35-3.5%Mn合金腐蚀行为研究

摘    要:为了使喷射成形ZA35-3.5%Mn合金能够在实际的环境下更好的利用,采用自腐蚀电位测定、动电位扫描技术对喷射成形ZA35-3.5%Mn合金的耐蚀性进行了研究。结果表明,电化学腐蚀条件下,在3.5%NaCl溶液中,与喷射成形ZA35合金相比,喷射成形ZA35-3.5%Mn合金的自腐蚀电位变正,腐蚀电流密度减小,耐腐蚀性增强。Mn元素的加入提高了合金的耐蚀性能。

Abstract:In order to widen the application of spray forming ZA35-3.5%Mn alloy,corrosion potential test and potentiodynamic polarization measurement were used to study the corrosion resistance of spray forming ZA35-3.5%Mn alloy.The results show that under the electrochemistry corrosion condition,the corrosion potential of spray forming ZA35-3.5%Mn alloy changes to positive and the corrosion current density reduces compared with spray forming ZA35 alloy in 3.5%NaCl solution,so spray forming ZA35.3.5%Mn alloy has good corrosion resistance.Additon of Mn can improve the corrosion resistance of the alloy.
