对特定谐波消除芯片的实验研究

摘    要:特定谐波消除技术SHEPWM与传统的正弦波调制技术相比,具有开关频率低、无特定次谐波、输出波形质量高等优点。本文介绍了一种特定谐波消除芯片.该芯片采用数码控制方法不仅将特定谐波消除技术实现了芯片化.而且可消除前若干次谐波,提高直流电压利用率。它的操作简单可靠,适合在工程上的广泛应用。用小功率MOSFET管构成逆变器实验电路,对SHEPWM芯片进行了实验研究。

Abstract:In relation to SPWM technique,Selected harmonic elimination technique has many merits,such as low frequency,no selected harmonic,hign waveform quality.In this paper,SHEPWM IC is introduc ed,this IC uses digital control not only make SHEPWM technique carry out IC,but also eliminate any harmonic,improve utilization of DC side voltage.Its operations is flexible and reliable,suit on extensive application of project.experimentally verified through a inverter composed of MOSFET.
