摘    要:根据对偏置式多缸高压泵进行的运动和动力建模分析,推导了多缸的位置分布、速度分布及加速度;根据设备的运行特性,简化了等效阻力矩计算模型,得到了等效到曲轴上的等效力矩和等效功率,为动力系统的设计、强度和稳定性分析提供了基础数据。

Abstract:In this paper, the kinematic and dynamic models of an offset type multi-cylinder high-pressure pump were analyzed, the displacement, velocity and acceleration of the multiple cylinders were deduced. According to the operating characteristics of the equipment, the equivalent torque and equivalent power of the crankshaft were obtained after the calculating model of the equivalent resistance moment was simplified. This study may provide some basic data for the power system design, strength and stability analysis of the high-pressure pump.
