| 摘 要： | 论述了民用建筑物当前性能评估的三种方法及各自的特点,对比说明了民用建筑物当前性能评估使用的两个标准的适用范围及鉴定程序,《民用建筑可靠性鉴定标准》与《危险房屋鉴定标准》的制定,各具特色,为房管部门、建筑工程监督部门对建筑物可靠性鉴定提供了可靠依据。

| Abstract: | The following paper discusses three methods of current performance evaluation of civil architecture and their characters,compares and illustrates the application sphere and evaluation program of its two acceptable criterions and the setting of "criterion for reliability of civil architecture" and "criterion for dilapidated house",which to offer reliable bases for house management department and building engineering superintendent office to evaluate the reliability of architecture. |
